#BeautyBootCamp Workshop
Above was the list of workshops offered during the #BeautyBootCamp. Those who attended the workshops did their registration through the BDJ official website: ilovebdj.com. Bellas had chosen either Package A that was worth 700php for a 5 class pass or Package B for 500php for a 3 class pass prior to the event.
I was really eyeing for the Standout Eyes by K-Palette that's why I joined numerous free class pass giveaways from my favorite bloggers. Unfortunately, I didn't score anything from the contests that I tried my luck into. That's why, when I finally decided to pay for my own workshop pass, the K-Palette Session was already full. But that didn't make me feel totally disheartened because I was still able to register to my next favorite brand: The Tokyo Pop by Canmake.
All in all, here's the list of workshops that I attended and the top 3 bullets I learned from each of them:
1:30 to 2:45: Bare Your Best Skin with Ponds:
- I knew more about how Pond's started and their different lines of skincare regimen.
- Tips on how to have a glowing skin in general was the best take away from this class.
- I got to have my skin analyze by the Pond's Skin Analyzer after the workshop proper (they also have it at the beauty fair). And the results that I got, my skin age was already at 29 versus my actual age of 28. Though there's no much difference in the skin age result, but as of the moment I am writing this blog, I was already strictly following a day and night skincare regimen using Pond's and the actual results were quite amazing.
3:15 to 4:30: Be Wedding Ready with Max Factor
- Who's my ever favorite speaker, of course its Bobby Carlos by Max Factor! Yehey! BDJ always have him during their pop up events or rendezvous but I will never get tired listening to him. He is very informative, humorous and truthful to every tip and tricks he imparts to his audience. He's a true unselfish beauty guru.
- At this class, I learned that there's no general rule on doing bridal makeup - it will always depend on the client's request but venue lighting, time of the day and theme/motiff of the wedding should be taken into consideration.
- Transitioning the makeup from the wedding proper to the reception look including the hairstyle was the plus factor for this Max Factor's session.
5:00 to 6:15: Tokyo Pop by Canmake
- What made me hooked in Canmake, is their cutesy, princessy products that will give a girl that makeup look as inspired by the Japanese. In this class, I learned a bit of history of Canmake and the Japanese culture on taking care of their skin.
- In order to achieve the Tokyo Pop Look, a girl should have a clear and clean skin and should wear light makeup that has these following features: strong eyes, a feminine hairstyle, and a simple base makeup and touch up work on contouring.
- The owner of Canmake here in the Philippines did an actual demonstration on how Japanese clean and wash their face and this what made this class stand out.

| My certificates, Workshop ID and passport and of course, it wouldn't be complete without a photo print-out from Canon. |
